The Weinstein Company showed up at the IGN Theater today at New York Comic Con to show off their upcoming CGI animated feature Igor. IGN Movies editor-in-chief Eric Moro moderated the panel, which featured the film's director Anthony Leondis (formerly of Disney) and writer Chris McKenna (American Dad).  The rest of this story can be read here .

Australia's Animal Logic will shortly begin work on Guardians of Ga'Hoole.  This CG feature film is based on the children's books by Kathryn Lasky.  Like Happy Feet, Warner Bros. will distribute this Village Roadshow film.  The story revolves around Barn Owls who live in peace until their kingdom is threatened by an evil that could destroy their home.
